Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Non-refundable if cancelled within five (5) business days of the conference. Refunds outside of five (5) business days of the conference are subject to a $100 fee per participant. Cancellation must be received in writing by email to register@advinmed.com and confirmed with the Registrar by phone at 416.855.4824.
